My coaching models the systemic change you long need in the world: It is time for feminine wisdom, strength and courage to shine.
I will never tell you what to do: My coaching invites you to weave your innate soul based wisdom together with your incisive intellect. This nurtures wholeness, invoke insight and powerful perspective shifts so that you can literally become the change you wish to see in the world.
You will have space connect to your wild authentic self, resourcing you to live a passionate and purposeful life, one that is in service of a flourishing world for all species.

Your one year journey commences with an immersive 90 minute exploration of what you want to create with your life, identifying where there is already flow and where you want to focus your energies.
​
We then meet twice each month for 50 minutes so you can continue to deepen into your Wild Soul's wisdom whilst catalysing the changes you seek.
​​
I will show up for you 100% because I know without a doubt that you are the medicine the world needs. I will walk with you through any storms as well as celebrate the golden days.
This is why in addition to our regular meetings within Evolve I offer virtually unlimited coaching via WhatsApp, text or voice calls.

My name is Sarah Kent
Founder of the world renowned Dreamworks Project, I have the honour and privilege of coaching incredible women around the world to create their dreams - so that they can leave a positive legacy in the world.
​
A scientist, a healer, and a breaker of convention, I've also been a microlight pilot and an ultra-runner winning 100+mile races. I've served in the UK armed forces and I've worked in some of the most remote locations on the planet.
​
Blending science and soul in a remarkable and unique coaching style, I work with women to access their innate wisdom and intuition so they can create a life full of passion, meaning and fulfilment.

I don't just talk the talk – I walk the walk too: Every tool and practice which I share in my retreats and coaching I have used to transformed my own life into one that I love. I live as lightly and as close to nature as I can from my beautiful off-grid narrowboat home, Narrowboat Bright Arrow.
